First blog

Similar to this Snickers commercial, it is time for me to blog about my ideals.

If any of you followed my other sports blog (yes, this will be a sports blog), you know that I occasionally updated it and had postings that sometimes spanned up to 900 words. This blog will be kept shorter and updated more.

I have learned what it takes to be a good blogger, and will strive to bring you interesting takes on happenings in the sports world. Also, on occasion I will be writing press releases about certain events that I find interesting because I hope to one day break through into the world of public relations.

Between going to school, interning at CBS Sports, calling Long Beach State men's basketball games for KBeach Radio, and making time for my girlfriend, it will likely be difficult to consistently post.

But I will make it a point to update it at least once every two weeks.
